How to use IText Pluging with Grails application

Greetings Today's

In my Grails Application I need to generate my gsp into PDF with Dynamic values.Now I have worked out this plugin with HARD CODE Values.
But I need to use this plugin for live entries Values.
For that suggest me hoe to integrate this IText plugin with grails controller to generate the PDF file
