change controller class at runtime

Hello,
Can I change controller class at runtime (at production)? for example at compile time it was:
class SomeController {
def method1 = {
render 'hello'
}
}

and after changing it will has behavior like:

class SomeController {
def method1 = {
render 'some change'
}
def method2 = {
render '2'
}
}

I'm looking for something like this to expand flexibility of grails.gsp.reload.enable / grails.gsp.view.dir.
